About Me

I started my career in the pharmaceutical industry at Pfizer, where I spent 13 years in a variety of roles. I began as a fixed employee within the validation team, gaining extensive experience in GMP-regulated environments, qualification, validation, and compliance activities. During the latter part of my tenure, I transitioned into Operational Excellence, focusing on process improvement, efficiency optimization, and driving sustainable performance across manufacturing and quality

operations.

After 13 years at Pfizer, I moved into consulting, initially working for a consulting company before establishing myself as an independent consultant. For the past six years, I have successfully supported pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations as a freelance professional, delivering expertise across quality, manufacturing, and operational improvement initiatives.

Throughout my consulting career, I have worked with both large multinational companies, including Johnson & Johnson and Amgen, as well as smaller biotech companies and innovative start-ups such as Prothya Biosolutions and eTheRNA immunotherapies. These assignments have provided me with broad exposure to different organizational cultures, technologies, and stages of product development and manufacturing.

My experience spans a wide range of functions, including Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Production Management, Validation, and Operational Excellence. This diverse background enables me to bridge quality, compliance, and operational performance, helping organizations achieve both regulatory compliance and business objectives.

In addition, I am a certified GMP auditor, with extensive experience conducting audits, assessing compliance, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting companies in maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory excellence. My combination of hands-on operational experience, leadership capability, and consulting expertise allows me to deliver practical, value-driven solutions in complex pharmaceutical and biotechnology environments.
